Job Title: Regions Accounts Professional

Main Job Purpose:
The main purpose of this job is to conduct a range of financial responsibilities, including processing cash transactions, invoicing, purchasing, reconciling accounts, reporting, relationship building, compliance oversight, and continuous improvement, while providing support to the broader finance and accounting operations.
Duties & responsibilities:
1. Review, approve, and process cash advances and reimbursements of petty cash to employees; maintain all supporting documentation.
2. Review requisitions, prepare invoices, and archive all supporting documents.
3. Create purchase orders, process payments, and apply dealer receipts.
4. Obtain bank statements from financial institutions and reconcile all transactions.
5. Generate comprehensive bank reconciliation reports.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with employees, suppliers, and vendors.
7. Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
8. Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports.
9. Provide support for audits and compliance requirements.
10. Identify opportunities for process improvements and make recommendations.
11. Stay informed of changes in accounting regulations and best practices.
12. Provide training and guidance to junior team members as needed.
13.Collaborate cross-functionally to support the overall financial operations.
14. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and internal controls.
15. Perform other duties as assigned to support the finance and accounting function.

enterprise systems, and bookkeeping tools to efficiently manage financial transactions and data.
2. Accounting principles skills: know the principles of accounting and bookkeeping to perform all
financial tasks
3. Advanced MS Excel skills: Highly skilled in leveraging advanced Excel functionalities, such as
formulas, macros, pivot tables, and data analysis, to enhance productivity and generate insightful
financial reports.
4. Mathematical Skills: Demonstrates a strong command of mathematical principles and concepts
to accurately perform financial calculations, reconciliations, and forecasting.
5. Financial Reporting: Skilled in preparing comprehensive financial statements, reports, and
analyses to support the company’s financial operations and provide transparency.
6. Budgeting & forecasting: Experienced in developing and managing budgets, as well as creating
accurate financial projections to aid in the company’s strategic planning and decision-making
processes.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration or any other relevant
fields.
- Experience
o At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Languages: Excellent English and Arabic language.
